Lens nab Pieroni

Belgian striker Luigi Pieroni will spend the next season on loan at Lens. The player has been linked with a move to Middlesbrough and Everton. Pieroni only recently joined Nantes, but will be keen to play top flight football after Nantes' relegation.

The 26 year old joins Lens with a wealth of experience having already played for Auxerre, Standard Liege, Mouscron and for the Belgian national team.
