Calum Chambers heading for Arsenal exit?

Fulham are reportedly interested in pursuing the signature of Arsenal defender Calum Chambers in the current transfer window.
The England international  made 24 appearances for the Gunners in the recently concluded season but only half of those came in the Premier League.
According to Sky Sports News, the Cottagers are planning to bolster their defence ahead of their top-flight return next term and they have identified Chambers as one of their leading targets.
The west London side are said to have failed with an approach for Chambers last summer but they are ready to try again to sign the former Southampton graduate.
Chambers has struggled to cement a regular starting role during his four seasons at Arsenal but he is still contracted to the club until June 2021 after signing a fresh two-year deal last summer.
Arsenal have already agreed on a deal to sign Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Borussia Dortmund this summer and the arrival of another centre-back may witness Chambers heading through the exit door.
