Chelsea to swap Alvaro Morata for AC Milan shot-stopper?

Chelsea are reportedly considering the prospect of swapping Alvaro Morata in a straight-exchange deal involving AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Donnarumma has regularly been linked with an exit from the Rossoneri and his agent Mino Raiola is presently in contact with multiple elite clubs regarding a summer move.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Blues appear to be one of those and they could be tempted by a straight swap deal where Morata could head in the opposite direction.

Spanish striker Morata largely underperformed during his maiden campaign in the Premier League and he is said to be eyeing a return to Italy where he found good success with Juventus.

On the other hand, the Blues are uncertain over the future of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois this summer with his contract expiring in less than a year's time.

The Belgian is currently being tipped for a return to the Spanish capital with Real Madrid and his departure may enhance the arrival of Donnarumma from San Siro.
