Crystal Palace to make move for French forward?

Crystal Palace have deployed a scout to monitor the progress of French forward Florian Ayé. The striker, who plays for French Ligue 2 side Clermont, has been in sensational form this season for his club and has bagged 17 goals for his team.
Palace, who currently have striker Batshuayi on loan from Chelsea, are looking for a new striker for next season as they prepare for another year in the Premier League.
Aye - aged just 22 - has spent the last season with Clermont but prior to that had a spell with Auxerre for 6 years, where he emerged through the youth ranks in to the B team, and later in to the full squad. His three year stint in the first-team saw him return three goals in 48 games for his club.
It is understood that Palace coach Roy Hodgson has a network of scouts in France who have been actively monitoring the progress of the French forward.
Palace are rebuilding for next season and are confident that they can secure survival in England's top flight, but will be hoping to add experienced talent to their team this summer. For those who fancy their luck betting on Palace's league status for 2019-20, you can grab the latest odds.
It is understood that the Eagles will be prepared to spend up to 10 million euros to secure the coveted signature of Florian.
