Arsenal & Man City want to sign Dutch right-back?

Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly interested in Feyenoord right-back Givairo Read ahead of the January transfer window.
The 19-year-old has developed into one of the best young right-backs in Dutch football and has been closely monitored by elite European clubs.
Arsenal and City have sent scouts to watch him in action and they could face competition from Bayern Munich for the highly-rated full-back.
Read is not contemplating a transfer at the moment, but he is open to pursuing a bigger challenge in his career if the opportunity arises for him.
A mid-season deal seems unlikely on the cards, but Feyenoord could open the door for his exit if they receive a lucrative transfer fee next summer.
Liverpool have also been linked with him in the past, but the interest seems to have diminished after the purchase of Jeremie Frimpong.
Read has developed into an attacking right-back at Feyenoord. He has made four goal contributions across all competitions this campaign.
