Arsenal face AC Milan competition to sign Barcelona winger
Arsenal are understood to face direct competition from AC Milan in the race to sign Malcom from Barcelona at the end of the campaign.
The Brazilian has failed to secure regular gametime since joining the Blaugrana from Bordeaux last year and Calciomercato claims that he is likely to be sold when the transfer window reopens.
The Gunners are said to be keeping a close track on the player's proceedings but the Italian publication suggests that the Rossoneri have joined the race to pursue the highly-rated forward.
Malcom was heavily linked with the Gunners prior to his Bordeaux move and at one stage, he was noted to be taking English grammar lessons ahead of a potential Premier League switch.
However, he made the surprise choice to join Barcelona in a £36m deal despite the competition for places and the move has not worked out with him barely featuring in La Liga.
Barcelona are said to value Malcom in the region of £45m.
