Liverpool's plans for the winter transfer window revealed

Premier League leaders Liverpool are unlikely to make any big-name signings during the January transfer window barring a drastic drop in form.
The Merseyside giants have made an excellent start to the current league season and they are already six points ahead of Manchester City at the top of the standings.
The Reds are also on course to make the knockout phase of the Champions League, having cruised through a comfortable 4-1 triumph over Genk on Wednesday night.
With this in mind, The Liverpool Echo claims that the club's hierarchy don't feel the necessity to make any changes at the turn of the year unless there is a 'huge unforeseen struggle'.
Liverpool were disappointing in the league last weekend where they managed just a 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford and manager Jurgen Klopp will be expecting a better display on Sunday.
Klopp's side are scheduled to face Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield and the game may not be straightforward despite the latter's struggles in the league over the past month.
