Avram: i'm staying at Chelsea

Chelsea boss Avram Grant has outlined his commitment to the club and intends to stay at the club for the next few years. The Israeli admitted his scouts were scouring the world for the hottest talent.

"If it is not possible to bring in Messi or Kaka, we will try and find their successors," Grant told Mirror Sport.

"We already have a very, very good team - one which still has a chance to win the Champions League and the Premier League this season. But we have to plan for the future as well and I want to add more flair to the team.

"Roman will back us in that. If we find a player we believe is right, we'll get full support."
