Manchester United quoted price for Mario Mandzukic

Manchester United have reportedly been told to pay a fee of around £4.6m by Juventus to secure the services of Mario Mandzukic in January.

The Croatian was heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford over the summer but the move fell through with the Bianconeri demanding a £14m fee to sanction his sale.

Mandzukic has since failed to play a single minute for the Bianconeri in any competition and Calciomercato claims that he will be shown the exit door at the turn of the year.

It is added that the Red Devils are still interested in Mandzukic and they are likely to get him on the cheap with Juventus now prepared to accept offers of around £4.5m to offload him from their first-team ranks.

Aside from United, Sevilla have also been credited with an interest in the 2018 World Cup finalist but reports have previously indicated that the 33-year-old is determined to prove himself in the Premier League.
