Erling Braut Haaland to head to the Bundesliga?
Erling Braut Haaland is reportedly said to favour a move to the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig amid interest from the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Barcelona.
The 19-year-old has been in sublime form for Red Bull Salzburg and he has already amassed 23 goals from just 17 appearances across all competitions.
This includes seven goals in the Champions League alone and that has grabbed the attention of some of Europe's elite ahead of the winter transfer window.
According to Sky Sports News, Haaland is likely to snub the interest from the likes of United and Barcelona and he could instead join Leipzig in the German top-flight.
Both Leipzig and Salzburg are affiliated to the Red Bull group and the latter have often acted as a feeder club for the former, who have regularly finished in the top four of the Bundesliga since their promotion.
Haaland has been valued at around £86m by Salzburg but he could be sold for a much lesser sum next year, should he make the move to Leipzig as predicted.
