Shevchenko won't join Milan
Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko looks unlikely to be heading for a move back to AC Milan. The Ukrainian striker has been consistently linked with a return to the San Siro, but Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out the move.
"I don't think he would make an ideal partnership with Pato, as their characteristics are too similar," pointed out Ancelotti.
"There would be a much better and more balanced pairing between Pato and Marco Borriello, as they have different characteristics, yet they are compatible."
Shevchenko could now be destined for a return to Ukraine with his old club Dinamo Kiev, who are preparing a £6 million offer for Shevchenko.
