Wenger: make or break 10 days
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has labelled the next ten days "make or break" for Arsenal's season as they prepare for 3 consecutive games against Liverpool. Tomorrow, Arsenal take on Liverpool in the Champions League first leg; and Wenger also reaffirmed his belief that the Gunners are still in the Premiership title race.
"It will be the highest challenge for me," declared the Arsenal boss. "The next 10 days will define our season because I strongly believe that we are in the championship race.
"Our next two games in the championship are Liverpool and United and then, on top of that, we have two Champions League games so this next period is vital.
"On the day, it is about producing a good performance.
"If we do - I am convinced we will - we can beat Liverpool, Milan, everybody in the world.
"I want them to play without any restrictions, with no fear. Just with belief that we are a great side and we can achieve it.
"I believe in my team. Is it better or less good, I let you judge. But I believe in the way we play the game and in our quality."
