Manchester United move for Jadon Sancho in serious doubt?

Sancho to Man Utd may not happen

Manchester United's move for Jadon Sancho is reportedly in serious doubt after the recent comments made by Ed Woodward.

The Red Devils have been heavily linked with the Borussia Dortmund attacker in recent months and reports have claimed that a deal worth £100m could be finalised for his transfer.

However, the club's executive vice-chairman has now presented concerns by stating that they won't be able to conduct transfer business involving 'hundreds of millions' of pounds.

Sancho has been in stunning form for BVB this term and he has bagged 17 goals and 19 assists from 35 appearances in all competitions. His form has also attracted interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.

Dortmund are presently reluctant to reduce their price tag for the attacker despite the financial impact due to the coronavirus pandemic and it seems Sancho could stay put with them next term.

United are planning to sign a right winger and defensive midfielder during the summer. It remains to be seen whether they have an alternative target in mind, if they fail to land Sancho.
