Paris Saint-Germain want to sign Chelsea midfielder
Paris Saint-Germain are interested in landing the signature of Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko on a permanent deal.
The Frenchman joined the Blues from AS Monaco in the summer of 2017 and struggled to make a meaningful impact over the course of his debut season.
As a result, he spent the entirety of the previous campaign on loan with AC Milan and he is currently with ex-club Monaco in a similar kind of deal.
According to Le 10 Sport, Bakayoko is attracting interest from the French champions and they are likely to open negotiations with the Blues regarding a possible transfer.
Monaco currently have the option to buy Bakayoko for around £37m but they are unlikely to meet the valuation amid the financial impact due to the coronavirus outbreak.
This should enhance Les Parisiens' prospects of signing the France international, who was previously on their radar before his move to Stamford Bridge three years ago.
Bakayoko has bagged one goal and two assists from 23 appearances for Monaco this season. He has more than two years remaining on his existing deal with the Blues.
