Chelsea reach total agreement to sign Kai Havertz?
Chelsea are reported to have reached a total agreement with the agent of Kai Havertz ahead of a summer move for the player's services.
The German has registered 17 goals and nine assists this term and his form has caught the eye of some of Europe's elite clubs.
However, many have been put off by Leverkusen's £90m demands and only the Blues seem in a position to come close to meeting the value.
The west London side are yet to make a formal offer for the attacker, but Tuttosport claims that the club are edging closer to signing the German.
Blues director Marina Granovskaia is said to have reached a total agreement with the player's representative and it is suggested that the deal could be finalised in the next few weeks.
Leverkusen are eager for Havertz to play in their Europa League campaign next month, but the Blues may be reluctant to accept the condition as there is the risk of an injury.
