Manchester United defender suffers fresh injury blow, out for four weeks
Manchester United defender Eric Bailly has reportedly suffered a muscle injury which will keep him out of action for the next three to four weeks.
The Ivorian has been with the Red Devils since the summer of 2016, but he has failed to nail a regular spot due to regular injury concerns.
Bailly has now suffered another setback and Solskjaer has confirmed that the centre-back may be unavailable until the November international break.
Hence, he is expected to miss the games against Chelsea, RB Leipzig, Arsenal, Istanbul Basaksehir and Everton, who are presently the Premier League leaders.
United went into the October international break after an embarrassing 6-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at home, but they have since registered back-to-back wins over Newcastle United and Paris Saint-Germain.
They are scheduled to host Chelsea in the top-flight on Saturday. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has an excellent record against the Blues and beat them in three of the four meetings last term.
