Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirms triple injury blow for Man United
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that three players suffered injuries during the 3-1 win over Everton on Saturday.
The Red Devils ended their two-match winless run in the Premier League at Goodison Park where Bruno Fernandes starred with two goals and one assist.
Speaking after the game, Solskjaer confirmed that there were setbacks on the injury front for three first-team stars.
Victor Lindelof had only recently returned from a back problem, but Solskjaer has revealed that he has suffered a recurrence.
Elsewhere, he revealed that Luke Shaw was substituted with a hamstring injury while Marcus Rashford picked up a shoulder injury at the end.
"Yes. Victor's back, Marcus's shoulder, Luke Shaw's hamstring. That's three I can remember from the top of my head. I hope everyone else is okay," He told.
United have temporarily jumped to 13th on the table after the win at Everton. They are on 10 points, six adrift of leaders Southampton with a game in hand.
