Man Utd should sign 'really exciting' star as Casemiro replacement

Manchester United should sign Everton midfielder Amadou Onana as a replacement for Casemiro this summer.

Casemiro had a poor second season with the Red Devils and he was guilty of losing possession on 12 occasions per game.

This has led to speculation that he could be offloaded this summer. A number of Saudi clubs are said to be interested.

Amidst this, the club are bound to search for a replacement and in our view, Onana would be a perfect fit as a successor.

The Belgian has been a superb performer for the Toffees in the last two years and he is now prepared for a bigger move.

The Toffees could also give in to his request, considering they need to recoup funds after their failed takeover by 777.

Onana could be signed for a fee of around £43 million and we believe United should make an early approach for him.

Arsenal and Barcelona are also admirers of the former Lille man who was described as 'really exciting' by Roberto Martinez in 2022.
