Palacio will stay at Boca

Arsenal and Chelsea target Rodrigo Palacio has left the Premiership sides in shock after revealing he will not be leaving the club anytime this summer and is prepared to stay at Boca Juniors.

Blues scouts have been monitoring the 26-year-old striker and watched him play a starring role in Boca's 4-3 win over Chilean champions Colo-Colo in South America's equivalent of the Champions League last month.

Palacios is one of the best strikers in Argentina at the moment and is valued at more than £15 million by his club.
