Malouda hails Chelsea spirit

French striker Florent Malouda praised his Chelsea team mates after they battled to grab a late away goal in the Champions League semi final first leg at Anfield yesterday evening.
"It's great to have scored here," said Malouda of John Arne Riise's own goal.
"We never surrendered and gave our best to snatch a goal. Even if it was an own goal, it was deserved because we forced Liverpool into a mistake."
The own goal, from John Arne Riise, gives Chelsea a great opportunity of qualifying for the final.
