Bayern Munich enter race to sign Liverpool midfield target
Bayern Munich have reportedly entered the race to sign Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans next summer.
The Belgian has been in a contract stand-off with the Foxes, and he could leave them at the end of the season.
His current deal expires in June 2023, and it has been recently reported that Liverpool are regularly monitoring him.
It is now claimed that the German champions have entered the pursuit of the 24-year-old, who is eyeing a bigger challenge.
Tielemans is currently on around £33,000-a-week, and he wants at least a 300 percent increase on his salary to extend his stay.
The Foxes have no plans of meeting his wage demands at the moment which has contributed to the halt in negotiations.
Aside from Bayern and Liverpool, Juventus have also been linked with the midfielder, who started his career at Anderlecht.
He is reportedly valued at around £55m, but could be available for less as he approaches the final year of his Foxes deal.
