Manchester United midfielder open to new contract?
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has not ruled out the possibility of signing a new contract, according to The Mail.
The Frenchman has eight months remaining on his existing deal, and it was recently claimed that he could leave for free next summer.
However, The Mail reports that the midfielder is still considering his options, and could yet sign a new long-term deal with the Red Devils.
Pogba is keen to win regular silverware during the back end of his career. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are looking to sign him.
United also value him highly. There is already a £400,000-a-week contract offer on the table, but the Frenchman has yet to be convinced.
Fresh talks are planned after the international break. United will need to sort out of his future before the transfer window reopens in January.
Otherwise, they will no longer have control over the midfielder's destiny as he can negotiate a pre-contract with an overseas club.
