Bundesliga club want permanent Hudson-Odoi deal?
Bayer Leverkusen are aiming to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the campaign, Sport1 claim.
The England international was regarded as one of the best graduates at Chelsea three years ago, but has failed to develop as predicted.
A string of injuries have hampered his development while he has also faced fierce competition for places in the starting line-up.
It is now reported that Hudson-Odoi is prepared to leave on loan and prefers a move to the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen.
Leverkusen are also excited by the prospect of signing him, and they are open to signing him on a permanent basis next summer.
It remains to be seen whether the Blues accept the proposal, considering the hierarchy believe Hudson-Odoi could be a future star.
The London giants don't want to lose their graduate, who is still only 21 and may only allow him to leave on a season-long loan agreement.
