Mykhaylo Mudryk agrees to join Chelsea

Chelsea are set to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk ahead of Arsenal, according to reputed journalist David Ornstein.
The Ukrainian has been the Gunners' top target for the transfer window but they have now been beaten in the pursuit.
The Gunners recently offered €70m plus €25m in add-ons, but Chelsea have hijacked the deal with a fresh €100m bid.
They have agreed to pay a similar fee up front, but the payment terms are said to be quicker and acceptable to Shakhtar.
Mudryk has already travelled to the English capital for his medical and he is expected to sign a seven-and-a-half year deal.
The news should come as a big blow for the Gunners, who have spent half of January trying to sign Mudryk from Shakhtar.
It remains to be seen whether the club have an alternate plan in place. Otherwise, the owners may receive a lot of criticism.
The lack of ambition could be questioned by the fans, considering the club are currently at the top of the Premier League table.
