Inter Milan want to replace Milan Skriniar with Man Utd star
Inter Milan are looking to replace Milan Skriniar with Victor Lindelof before the transfer window closes this month.
Skriniar has already agreed a pre-contract to join Paris Saint-Germain when his Inter deal expires at the end of the season.
However, Les Parisiens are now pushing to sign the centre-back before Tuesday's deadline by paying a fee of €20m.
Inter have not ruled out the prospect of offloading Skriniar, but a late transfer may depend on them landing a replacement.
Lindelof is one of the top names on their radar, but it is unclear whether United will give the green light for a possible deal.
Erik ten Hag is said to be determined to keep his current squad together until the summer and may urge United to block his exit.
Lindelof is currently the third-choice centre-back under the Dutchman behind the likes of Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez.
He has been quietly going on with his job in recent months, but could be tempted to consider a move to Inter for guaranteed game time.
