Chelsea to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain?

Chelsea could be favourites to sign Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar this summer, according to Football Insider.

The Brazilian's future has been the subject of speculation recently and it is now claimed that he could move to the Premier League.

The likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United have been contacted but the former are deemed front-runners to sign him.

Blues co-owner Todd Boehly is keen on adding a world-class player to the squad that can significantly boost the club's revenue.

Neymar would be the perfect player for the role and it is reported that Les Parisiens could sell him for around £65m this summer.

The former Barcelona star has been in splendid form for Les Parisiens this term, bagging 18 goals and 19 assists from 29 games.

He has got over his injury troubles from the past few seasons and this should encourage Chelsea to sign him at the end of the campaign.

The west London giants would have to make Neymar their top earner. He could command a Premier League record salary to join them.
