Man Utd expected to move for Portuguese striker
Manchester United are expected to make an approach to sign Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos this summer.
The Portuguese has been in outstanding form for his club this term, scoring 21 goals and providing eight assists.
His form has caught the eye of elite European clubs, but A Bola claim that he is on course to join the Red Devils.
United have been in regular contact with his agent Jorge Mendes and are optimistic of securing an agreement.
Ramos is currently protected by a release clause worth £106m and Benfica are likely to demand close to that figure.
United are prepared to pay the transfer fee, though they may want to spread the payments over a period of five seasons.
The Red Devils suffered a humiliating 7-0 loss to Liverpool earlier today which has effectively ended their title hopes.
They will be aiming to provide a strong response during the first leg of the Europa League last 16 tie against Real Betis.
