Erik ten Hag wants Man Utd to sign Harry Kane

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is reportedly determined to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane this summer.

The Red Devils are currently in a good position to qualify for the Champions League next term and Ten Hag will be eyeing more reinforcements.

A marquee striker is a must for the club and Manchester Evening News claim that Kane is the prime target for the United head coach.

Ten Hag obviously values the rich league experience of Kane and believes he would be the perfect striker for him in the coming seasons.

Aside from United, Bayern Munich are also on the hunt for the England star but it is unclear whether they will make a huge outlay for him.

Kane will enter the final year of his Spurs contract this summer, but it has been claimed that the London club still value him at £100 million.

United will be optimistic of landing Kane. He may have his sights on staying in England to break Alan Shearer's all time Premier League scoring record.
