Chelsea midfielder NGolo Kante set to pen new deal?

Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante is set to put pen-to-paper on a two-year contract extension, according to The Sun.
The Frenchman has been a pivotal figure in the Blues midfield over the years but his involvement has been minimal this term.
Kante has not played for seven months due to a hamstring surgery but he is expected to return to action after the internationals.
It is now reported that the 31-year-old is keen to fight for his future at Chelsea despite their plans to land another marquee midfielder.
His current deal expires in the summer and reports claim that he is ready to pen a two-year contract with an option for another 12 months.
Kante has been linked with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, but it is clear that he has no plans to leave the Blues.
It is only a matter of time before the contract renewal is made official. Kante could make his injury comeback against Aston Villa on April 1.
