Chelsea discussing midfielder's transfer to AC Milan

Chelsea are discussing the transfer of midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek to AC Milan, as per Fabrizio Romano.

The Blues are expected to offload multiple players in the next transfer window and Loftus-Cheek is one of those.

Furthermore, the west Londoners will hold out for a permanent transfer and have no plans of sending him out on loan.

Milan have received a big boost recently after Juventus were docked 11 points for submitting false tax documents.

As a result, they are now back in the top four of Serie A and are in pole position to qualify for the Champions League.

This could help in the pursuit of Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea. The England star could cost at least £20 million this summer.
