Arsenal and Brighton have emerged as potential suitors for PAOK attacking midfielder Giannis Konstantelias, who is considered the best young player of his generation in his homeland Greece. With two caps for his country already, the 20-year-old has caught the eye of multiple Premier League teams, but it is the Gunners and Brighton that are in pole position to sign the versatile midfielder.

Comfortable playing as a left-winger or in the hole behind the attack, the 10 million euro rated starlet has indicated that he is ready to leave Greece for a move elsewhere.

Since making his debut at PAOK in 2021, the 5 foot 9 youngster has appeared in 40 games, scoring four goals, and a spell in Belgium with Eupen continued to show Konstantelias is improving as a footballer each day.

Arsenal's scouts identified the player through their extensive network, and Brighton, who play a very similar style of football to the Gunners, appear to be ready to match any potential bid for the Greek starlet.

Roberto De Zerbi and Mikel Arteta are understood to have both been impressed with what they have seen of the player so far.
