Man Utd pushing to sign former Chelsea defender

Fikayo Tomori news

Tomori to Man Utd next year?

Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori at the end of the season.

Tomori has been a revelation for AC Milan since leaving the Blues in 2021 and he is currently one of the best-performing centre-backs in the Italian top-flight.

His form has caught the eye of many clubs and Milan Web claim that United are pressing to sign him and they could step up their pursuit in the coming months.

A winter deal is unlikely with Milan reluctant to sell at the midway stage of the season but the Rossoneri could realistically consider his departure next summer.

With the need to balance their books, the Milan giants could be willing to accept around €40m. It is claimed that United could sign him with a large salary offer.

Tomori could also be tempted to return to the Premier League, having not been handed a fair chance to prove himself during his time at Chelsea.
