Mauricio Pochettino to be sacked if Chelsea lose again?
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino could be shown the exit door tomorrow if the Blues lose to Aston Villa in the FA Cup fourth round replay.
The Blues have gone through a poor run of form lately. They have conceded a staggering eight goals in their last two league defeats.
They go into the Cup replay as underdogs tonight, but an exit from the competition could end the tenure of Pochettino at the club.
The hierarchy have reportedly set an ultimatum to the Argentine and he could walk through the exit door if there is another heavy loss.
The Blues have already reached the final of the Carabao Cup later this month where they will go head-to-head with favourites Liverpool.
Despite this, the hierarchy want to make progress in the FA Cup as winning the competition guarantees a route into the Europa League.
Chelsea are currently 11th in the top-flight and their chances of making Europe next term could depend entirely on the Cup competitions.
