Man Utd identify Everton star as top transfer target
Manchester United have set their sights on landing Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite at the end of the campaign.
The 21-year-old is currently one of the best young defenders in the Premier League and he has been tremendous with his performances.
He has been fantastic with his ability to win duels, tackles as well as clearances. Branthwaite has also excelled with his positioning.
It is now reported by Mirror that United have identified Branthwaite as their priority centre-back target for the summer transfer window.
Everton are said to value their prized asset at around £75 million, but United may attempt to secure his services for £50m highlighting his inexperience.
Branthwaite is most likely to leave the Toffees in the summer. United have a clear path to landing him but could face competition soon.
The likes of Chelsea and Liverpool are also keeping tabs on the England youth international, who has been the Toffees' stand-out star.
Real Madrid have also been linked with a surprise move for him.
