Big sides in for McFadden

Several Premiership sides are believed to be in the market for James McFadden. Sunderland and Portsmouth are both preparing £5 million offers to land the talented Scottish international.

Birmingham have been relegated and as of yet there has been no official word on the future of James McFadden.

Everton are also in line for a shock swoop for McFadden, only months after he left the club to join Birmingham.

McFadden is unlikely to wish to stay at Birmingham in the Championship, and despite a £5 million pricetag, Sunderland and Portsmouth are both keen on landing the talented forward.
