Gallas back for Spurs game

Arsenal's captain, French defender William Gallas has said that he hopes to return in time for the North London derby at White Hart Lane this weekend.

Commenting on his injury, Gallas said, "My recovery is going well. I am working very hard to get back with all the rest of the players.

"Sometimes it's difficult to accept being injured, and watching the game last Saturday was tough for me. I was in the stand when I wanted to be on the pitch. I want to be back in action as soon as possible."
