Zeki Amdouni to join Brighton or Everton
Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion will battle to sign attacking midfielder Zeki Amdouni from recently relegated Burnley. It is also understood that German giants Bayern Munich are keeping a close eye on the 23-year-old's transfer situation this summer.
Newly appointed Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany had signed Amdouni for Burnley, and is known to be considering moves for at least two of his former players, with the Swiss international at the very top of Kompany's transfer wish list.
However, Amdouni will receive an offer of regular first-team football should he move to either Everton or Brighton, and that is why these two clubs are likely to be winning the race for the Switzerland international's signature.
Amdouni played 34 times in the Premier League last season for Burnley, scoring five goals, and has an impressive record of 7 goals in 15 games for his country. He is valued at around £20 million by his club and he is likely to play some part in the Euro 2024 tournament that commences on Friday.
