Man Utd eyeing deal for Girona winger, Erik ten Hag has spoken with him

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Girona winger Viktor Tsygankov in the current transfer window.

The Red Devils have already bolstered their attack with Joshua Zirkzee. The Dutch striker arrived from Bologna earlier today.

They are now eyeing more reinforcement in the final third and AS claim that the club could swoop for the services of Tsygankov.

The 26-year-old was hugely impressive for Girona last season, scoring eight goals and registering seven assists from 34 outings.

His form has grabbed the attention of many clubs and United are one of those tempted due to the low €30m release clause in his deal.

United boss Erik ten Hag has already spoken with the winger to persuade him over a transfer. The club want to agree terms with the forward before negotiating a deal with Girona.

The Red Devils are likely to propose a higher transfer fee than the buy-out clause such that they can pay the sum over multiple seasons.
