Arsenal & Liverpool eyeing move for PL winger

Arsenal and Liverpool could make an approach to sign Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo in 2025, according to Givemesport.

The Cameroonian star had an impressive 2023/24 season with nine goals and six assists from 1,961 minutes in the Premier League.

He has continued to excel in the current campaign with three goals in as many games. This has caught the eye of elite English clubs.

The Gunners and Reds are admirers of the versatile attacker, who can play on the right wing as well as from the centre-forward role.

Brentford were prepared to sell Mbeumo for £50m last summer, and he could be available for a much lesser fee in the coming months.

The 25-year-old will enter the last year of his contract next summer and the Bees could be forced to sanction his sale on the cheap.

A package in the region of £30-35m could be sufficient to prise him away if he decides against penning a renewal with Brentford.
