Arne Slot approves Liverpool move for PL defender

Liverpool manager Arne Slot has approved the potential signing of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi at the end of the season.
Guehi was the subject of multiple bids from Newcastle United this summer, but Palace were adamant over their £70m price tag.
The Magpies were reluctant to pay more than £55m, but it has been claimed that they could return for him at some point next year.
Amidst this, Football Insider claim that the Reds are also following Guehi's situation and they have received the green light from Slot.
The Merseyside giants are preparing for the possible exit of Van Dijk, who has entered the last year of his contract at the club.
Guehi has been identified as a realistic target for the Reds and it is claimed that the defender would also be open to joining them.
Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the past, but they are unlikely to explore a deal after signing Riccardo Calafiori.
