Arsenal weighing up January move for PL winger?
Arsenal are considering a winter move for Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo amid his fantastic form this campaign, according to Football Insider.
The Cameroon international has had a fantastic start to the campaign with the Bees and he has already netted six goals from eight league games.
His progress has impressed the scouts at Arsenal and the club are contemplating an approach for him as early as the January transfer window.
Mbeumo was on the radar of Liverpool earlier this year, but they did not make a proposal for him after an injury-hampered campaign with the Bees.
He was reportedly available for £40 million in the summer, but Brentford would surely ask for much more in January amid his superb form.
Mbeumo has already acknowledged that he would like to play in the Champions League and may not be long before he leaves the Bees.
The 25-year-old will be in action against Ipswich Town this weekend. He will be aiming to add to his impressive goal tally in the league.
