Chelsea and Liverpool chasing deal for £50m Spanish star

Chelsea and Liverpool are chasing the signature of Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen this summer, according to Spanish outlet AS.

The Spain international has been in fantastic form for Bournemouth since his move from Juventus during last summer's transfer window.

The 19-year-old recently made his full debut for his national side and reports claim that he is expected to leave the Cherries when the season ends.

He has a release clause worth £50m in his deal. Chelsea, Liverpool as well as Manchester United are interested in negotiating his transfer.

However, they are set to face fierce competition from Real Madrid.

Huijsen has personally admitted that he is flattered to be linked with Los Blancos. Madrid believe they can prise him away ahead of other suitors.

Madrid missed out on Leny Yoro to the Red Devils last summer and they are determined to land the services of Huijsen this time around.

Carlo Ancelotti's side could make an early approach for his services.
