Arsenal ready to pay £30m for Bilal El Khannouss
Arsenal are prepared to pay £30 million to sign Leicester City playmaker Bilal El Khannouss this summer, according to Fichajes.
The Morocco international signed for the Foxes from Genk for £21m last summer. He has three goals and four assists this campaign.
With the Foxes almost relegated, El Khannouss is expected to be sold.
Tottenham Hotspur have been monitoring him closely and reports claim that Arsenal have also entered the pursuit for the signature.
The 20-year-old is an attacking midfielder by trade. He has caught the eye with his quality distribution and clever movement in attack.
He has untapped potential and Arsenal seem prepared to pay £30m for him. His arrival could pave the way for Fabio Vieira's departure.
Vieira is presently on loan at Porto from the Gunners. The club could sanction his permanent exit on his return from Portugal.
Arsenal will be in Champions League quarter-final action against Real Madrid tomorrow. They will host Los Blancos in the first leg.
