Rodrygo eyeing surprise move to London giants
Arsenal target Rodrygo has opened the door to joining Tottenham Hotspur during the summer transfer window, according to Spanish outlet AS.
The Brazil international has been a key player for Real Madrid, but his future is uncertain, having fallen out-of-favour under manager Xabi Alonso.
The attacker was linked with the Gunners earlier this month, but it appears they are now focused on landing Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze.
Spurs now have the upper hand in the player's pursuit and it is claimed that Rodrygo would be open to signing for the Europa League holders.
Tottenham are on the verge of parting ways with Heung-min Son, and they are prepared to make Rodrygo their highest earner in the squad.
The 24-year-old would also be guaranteed regular playing time on the left side of attack, which is unquestionably his strongest position.
Spurs will still need to pay a premium fee of almost €90 million to persuade Los Blancos to part ways with the former Santos graduate.
