Tottenham plan to beat Arsenal to Eberechi Eze
Tottenham Hotspur are ready to beat Arsenal to the signing of Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze this summer.
The Gunners are keen on landing the England international and they have already agreed personal terms on a five-year contract.
However, the club have yet to make a formal approach for the Eagles and are likely to focus on outgoings before making a huge outlay.
Amidst this, Spurs have joined the pursuit of the former Reading man and they have already started talks with Palace for his services.
Eze has opened the door for a transfer and Spurs seem determined to negotiate a quick deal to beat the Gunners to the playmaker.
The 27-year-old bagged 14 goals and 11 assists for the south London outfit last season and helped them win the FA Cup versus Manchester City.
He is now keen on pursuing a bigger challenge in his career and has his sights on playing Champions League football on a regular basis.
