Manchester United are reportedly exploring the possibility of signing Levante striker Etta Eyong during next summer's transfer window.

The Cameroonian joined Levante from Villarreal last summer, and he has continued his brilliant form. He has registered six goals and three assists from 11 La Liga games this season.

His form has caught the eye of elite European clubs including the Red Devils, but a transfer may not happen until the end of the ongoing league campaign.

Eyong has already represented Villarreal and Levante this season and he cannot play for a third club, according to the FIFA regulations.

Levante have no plans to negotiate a pre-transfer agreement either and United may have to wait until the season concludes to negotiate.

The Spanish outfit could demand around €40 million for the marksman, but the value could be significantly less if they fail to beat the drop.

Eyong has also been linked with Barcelona in the last few weeks. They consider him as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
