Enzo Maresca praises two Chelsea stars after Leeds United loss

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has praised two players following the 3-1 Premier League defeat to Leeds United on the road.
The Blues went into the game in fantastic form and they were expected to beat the Premier League newcomers at Elland Road.
However, they simply faltered with their performance. Leeds were 2-0 up early in the opening half before Pedro Neto reduced the deficit.
Cole Palmer squandered a wonderful chance to equalise. Soon after, Leeds made it 3-1 after a defensive error from Tosin Adarabioyo.
Speaking after the game, Maresca said that nobody in the squad matched Leeds' level on the night. He added that Pedro and Garnacho were the best players for the Blues.
He said: "In tonight's game, there was nobody at their best level. Pedro second-half, Garna second-half, they were our best players. The third goal killed the game."
With the defeat, the Blues have dropped to fourth in the league standings and most importantly, they are now nine points behind leaders Arsenal after 13 games played.
Chelsea will be aiming to make amends during Saturday's away trip to Bournemouth. The Cherries are winless in the last five games with just one point picked up.
