Enzo Maresca drops fresh injury update on Romeo Lavia

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has provided a fresh injury update on midfielder Romeo Lavia ahead of the Premier League clash against Bournemouth on the road.
The Blues suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Leeds United in midweek and they are now nine points behind league leaders Arsenal. They will be aiming to make amends with a victory tomorrow.
Ahead of the game, Maresca said that Lavia has a muscle problem and does not know when he will be back in action for the Blues.
He told reporters: "It's a muscle problem. We don't know yet when he can be back. We don't know [whether it's long or short term]."
Lavia has been vastly injury-prone since joining the Blues from Southampton few years ago and he could be on his way out next summer.
The Blues' hierarchy have reportedly grown frustrated with his persistent injury concerns and could be prepared to cut their losses very soon.
