Ruben Amorim reveals Bruno Fernandes' injury return date

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has provided a possible return date for midfielder Bruno Fernandes ahead of the Premier League clash against Newcastle United at Old Trafford.
The Portugal international picked up a hamstring injury against Aston Villa on the road last weekend and he has been ruled out for the next few matches.
Amorim was initially reluctant to provide an exact timescale, but he has now revealed that the club captain could be back with the squad in three weeks.
Kobbie Mainoo is likewise nursing a calf injury, but the Englishman is expected to return by early January, much quicker than the United skipper.
Mainoo's future has been a regular topic of speculation in recent months with the midfielder keen on pursuing regular game time on loan.
United are reluctant to let him go at the moment, but the scenario could change if they can find a suitable signing in the transfer market.
