Arsenal keeping tabs on Eintracht Frankfurt winger

Arsenal are reportedly monitoring the performances of Eintracht Frankfurt winger Jean-Matteo Bahoya.

The Gunners are expected to have a quiet winter transfer window, but they could prepare for the summer.

Sky Sports claim that the club are monitoring several young players and Bahoya is one of those on their radar.

The 20-year-old is a left winger by trade and he has managed four goal contributions for Eintracht this term.

The Frenchman can also play upfront or as a number 10 and his versatility has caught the eye of the north London giants.

Bahoya has a staggering €80 million release clause in his contract, but he could be sold for much less next summer.

The winger has yet to hit consistency with the Bundesliga outfit, but Arsenal have been impressed by what they have seen.

It remains to be seen whether they follow up their scouting mission with a formal approach at the end of the ongoing campaign.
